These two penthouses are located in the heart of Friedrichshafen, just a 10-minute walk from Lake Constance and the city centre.
You can walk to Lake Constance, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery.
Thanks to its proximity to the trade fair grounds and the airport—and within walking distance of the Competence Centre and MTU—it’s also ideal for business travellers.

The penthouse offers plenty of space for a large family or even several families who want to spend their holiday together on Lake Constance. As group accommodation, PENTHOUSE NO 1 and PENTHOUSE NO 2 can accommodate up to 17 people. However, you can also book them for just 2 people at a lower price if you don’t want to miss out on the luxury of spending your holiday in one of these apartments. In this case, two double bedrooms and the second bathroom will be closed off, so that for your holiday you’ll have access to two separate double bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining-living room, two balconies, and the breathtaking rooftop terrace.

The high-quality and modern PENTHOUSE NO. 2 features 4 bedrooms on two floors and a total of 140 m². It thus accommodates up to 9 people (1–2 cots). On the lower floor, one bedroom features a double bed 180 cm wide. The second bedroom has a 120-cm-wide single bed and a 140-cm-wide double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. On the upper floor, you’ll find a living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, plus access to the large balcony with a grill. There are also two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a single room with a single bed. The centrepiece of the apartment is the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops of Friedrichshafen.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement laundry room.

A parking space at the building is available and included in the service fee. You will receive a key for the gate to drive in. Alternatively, you can use the public parking spaces around the apartment.

The holiday rental is located in an apartment building, so we ask that you observe the public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sunday quiet hours. Out of consideration for others, please also keep noise to a minimum in the holiday rental itself between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We ask that you refrain from speaking loudly on the balcony and terrace even after 10:00 PM—
VERY IMPORTANT: Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the terrace out of consideration for fellow guests and neighbors, and you must leave the property immediately upon notification (via a call from a neighbour, the police, or other party).
No youth groups, club outings, stag nights, or similar events are permitted!
