We love this bright and welcoming apartment on the 4th floor.
The two balconies let you have breakfast in the sun as well as enjoy the evening sun, all while taking in the view of the greenery.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and we’ve thought of many little details.
The seating is comfortable, so nothing stands in the way of a night of TV, reading, or games; the sofa pulls out into a bed.
In the bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, you’ll find a spacious closet, a TV, and electrically adjustable slatted bed frames. The LED lighting by the bed makes for cosy reading. Alternatively, there’s also a TV.
The bathroom, with its walk-in shower, puts you in a good mood not only with its design but also with music from the radio.
The apartment is rounded out by a coat rack and storage cabinet in the hallway.
So you can feel right at home no matter the weather.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
