We had an amazing stay at this property in Punta Gorda! The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient.The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space and soaking up the Florida sunshine.The home was exactly as described, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Punta Gorda.

My lovely fiancée and I are new vacation home owners and enjoy hosting, our priorities are your comfort, enjoyment, and safety. My fiancée and I enjoy boating swimming, and traveling. Our family and friends are very important to us. I especially like to unwind in my garage and do some woodworking making cutting boards and custom pens.

Why they chose this property

We knew we wanted to be in Florida but was not sure where. We traveled the state for over 5 years looking for our dream location. It was an amazing realization when we arrived at Punta Gorda Isles. The neighbor Is amazing and the downtown has charm and character offering all the bars, and shops you could want. Additionally you are a close drive to many beaches and a quick boat ride from the backyard to the open Gulf.

What makes this property unique

This house offers 3 bedrooms with a heated pool on a western long canal view with a 10,000 boat lift. The house is minutes to the Punta Gorda downtown that has so much to offer in restaurants, bars and shops. Nature preserves and museums are also available for your enjoyment. And of course boating and fishing are popular activities
