Beautiful Double Unit on 11th and Oceanside. 30 Seconds to the Boardwalk+Beach!
This families-only listing is for 2 condos at Sun of the Beach (often unit 1 and 2 but may vary). Each unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath, so together it's 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The 2 condos can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 kids.
These upgraded and renovated condos are conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City, just a 20-30 second walk from the beach & boardwalk, and a short walk to the bay.
Families-only Building (No groups of any ages)
Weekly is Sat-Sat
Mini-weeks are Sat-Weds or Weds-Sat

We are just 20-30 seconds from the boardwalk and beach! We are an updated historic beach building from 1940.
Guest access
The backyard and grill are shared spaces. Each unit has their own front porch to enjoy the sun and people watch. Please note the units do not connect internally.
Other things to note
Our neighbors run one of the best Pizza and Ice Cream/Cannolis shops on the boardwalk. Make sure to check out Julia's Cannolis and Ice Cream, as well as Pizza Boy!
