The holiday home at Smäswai 10 in Nebel is centrally located in the village. The island home has been completely renovated with new bathrooms and a high-quality kitchen. It is comfortably furnished with great attention to detail.

The front half of the house, “Lee,” offers 70 square metres of space and is suitable for a couple or a family of up to 4 people. Spread over two floors, you’ll find two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a wine refrigerator, a separate reading nook, and a beautiful terrace accessible from the kitchen, as well as a private garden.

A garden with sunny and shaded areas and beach chairs on a 1,700 m² lot, plus a handcart for the walk to the beach. Covered bike storage and a parking space for your car right by the house.

We offer our guests a number of extras, such as free use of the new Amrum Fitness Centre in Norddorf, including the sauna and all classes offered except for personal training.

Barbecuing is fun any time of year: On the spacious property, you’ll find a charcoal grill with seating, or you can cook together in our fully equipped kitchen. Picnic on the beach? Transport your food and drinks using the house’s handcart. Sun worshippers: Our beach chairs are available for your use in the garden.

Two Type 2 charging stations from Compleo Connect Charging, each with a capacity of 22 kW, are located approximately 140 metres from the house.

Welcome to the holiday home “Smäswai 10”


. Located almost right in the heart of town yet still quiet, “Smäswai 10” is a great place to stay for a family holiday or a multigenerational getaway. The holiday home, consisting of two 4-star units, is centrally located yet very quiet on a side street near the centre of Nebel. Each unit has one or more terraces with complete furnishings, including a beach chair. You can store your bicycles in the back garden area. There you’ll also find a handcart for your trips to the beach. The garden grill is available for shared use.

Zum Haus gehört ein Gartenanteil und ein Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Fahrradgarage. Die Lage ist perfekt - nahe in den Ort, zum Watt und zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten super Tage in der Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes und schönes kleines "Reihen" Häuschen mit Gartenanteil und Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sonst hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber antworten schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
