The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a full or queen size bed, plus two walk-in closets. There is also a crib - perfect for families traveling with little ones! There is 1 newly renovated full bath and 1 half bath downstairs that has a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from a rocking chair on the outdoor deck or wind down the day with a glass of wine on the enclosed porch where you have a beautiful view of the sunset. There is an updated kitchen with all cooking utensils needed to make a gourmet meal and a 6 person Pottery Barn dining table.

This home also has central air, heat, WiFi, Smart TV and all of the modern amenities you could ask for. You will have a private, tree-lined backyard to enjoy summer activities.

The minimum age for renters is 28 years old. The 6 person limit will be strictly enforced throughout your stay. If more than the number of approved guests are on premises, your reservation may be canceled without refund.

There is a strict no pet policy. If this policy is violated, there will be a $400 fee and you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises.
