Experience the comfort in our fully equipped holiday apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet building and surrounded by a big private garden. This spacious and bright flat features two generously sized bedrooms, a large and bright living room and a well-equipped kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation. The big bathroom, complete with all services, ensures your convenience, while the additional service bathroom with a washing machine adds practicality to your stay. Step out onto the balcony and onto the terrace and immerse yourself in the breathtaking lake and mountains views, creating an idyllic setting for memorable moments. The apartment is located 200 metres from the beaches of Lake Como and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Privacy assured! Our guests will have exclusive access to the spacious 100 m2 apartment and to all its rooms. Additionally, they can enjoy the big sunlit garden and make use of the private parking area located within the property.

I inform my guests that at the time of the check-in it will be necessary to show the identity documents of all guests, as required by the Italian Law.
The city tax of €1,50 per night per guest is NOT included in the final price agreed with AirBnB and must be paid in cash during the check-in.

Upon your arrival we require a deposit of €100,00 in cash to cover possible damages. This will be returned at the end of your stay at our facility if no damage has occurred.

Furthermore, for arrivals after the scheduled times (4 p.m.-7 p.m.) the following supplements are required:
- €30,00 until 10 p.m.
- €45,00 until midnight

We follow our guests from the beginning to the end of their stay. We welcome them at the check-in, providing them with information and advice to better organize their holidays. We support them during their stay and greet them on the day of the check-out.
