This beautiful guesthouse, featuring 5 holiday apartments and a common room, is located next to a farm in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows and forests in Lechbruck-Gründl. The attractive holiday town of Lechbruck am See is just a 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and a wide range of activities.

The spacious and comfortably furnished holiday apartment No. 1 features 90 square metres of living space with 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds); a cot can be provided.
In addition, the holiday apartment has a double bed in a large living/bedroom.

A cosy and spacious living/dining room with a corner bench and upholstered seating area, TV, radio, and tiled stove invites you to enjoy meals and spend time together; Wi-Fi is available.

The beautiful, generously appointed bathroom features a bathtub, shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen is separate and features a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes.

Two lovely terraces with a barbecue fireplace, seating areas, and a partially fenced-in garden are perfect for social dinners.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. In the interest of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.

This property can also be booked for groups of up to 20 people (5 apartments and a group room).
For younger guests, there is a playground with equipment such as a garden swing and a sandpit.
In the basement of the annex, there is a common room (without a kitchen) that guests are welcome to use.

Recreational Activities:
Activities in Lechbruck am See range from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers.
Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the centre of town.

Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.

The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 20-minute drive from Lechbruck.

The Ponyhof-Prem (just a 5-minute walk away) offers horseback riding for children ages 5–14 and trail rides for guests weighing up to 80 kg.
