We totally loved this place and would definitely rent it again! The boat slip was a major selling point for us, but we were very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and modern the TH was. There was also lots of little touches throughout that elevates this above other properties (really comfy bed, lots of throw pillows, blankets, bath and beach towels, and cute beach decor throughout). The location has everything you need within a few minutes walk. Parking our full size pickup truck and double jetski trailer was a tight squeeze, but it's doable.
