Cooking will be a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a snack to a feast! Eat in and save the cost of expensive restaurants! Just beyond the kitchen is a separate dining area with seating for 6, providing the perfect place to enjoy family meals or game nights. This floor also features newly updated half bath and offers a full size washer and dryer. Beyond the dining area is a family room complete TV and lots of games to provide all the fun your family is looking for. Step out onto the back deck overlooking the canal where you can lounge in the sun, fish, crab, kayak, paddle board, cook your next meal on the provided electric grill, watch all the boats go by or just listen to the peaceful water. There is also space to dock your personal watercraft during your stay.

Upstairs, you will find sleeping quarters for 6 or 7 guests in two generously sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite. The primary bedroom offers a true waterfront retreat! Here you will find a queen sized bed and an updated bath with tub/shower combo. Your private sanctuary also includes a second story balcony with breathtaking views. You can sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening drinks as you watch the sun disappear over the Assawoman Bay. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. A second twin bed is also offered which makes this unit the perfect set up for families. A full bath with tub/shower combo completes the amenities this room has to offer. PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) parked tandem in front of the unit. Additional street parking, if available, first come, first serve.
