The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near the University of Toledo in a sought after section which is known for its brick architecture and huge tree lined streets. In larger cities this home would rent for 900 plus. The location is central near expressway and both high end eateries and chain restaurants alike. This home is the home I wanted my home to be, as I grew up in Toledo and always dreamed of owning a house in this neighborhood but now I live in NY.The home itself is updated with high end appliances and fixtures, modern feel but with traditional vibes, just like in the pictures, the back yard is spectacular, I wish I had more time to enjoy. There is a great collection of games, coffee, tea to keep you happy, multiple TVs setup for easy use both on main floor and in basement. As an older home its very well built and you can barely hear when the TV is on in the basement from main floor.Florence is very responsive and there to help when needed, but it was so easy and the place immaculate, there was not need to bother with any questions.Definitely would stay again.
