Casa Uliveto is a semi-detached house located on a former vineyard near the fishing and beach resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The building was restored with great attention to detail and a special focus on the traditional Cilento style. A total of 10 apartments are spread across the former main house and the three outbuildings.
“Casa Uliveto” is approximately 75 square metres in size and spans two floors in the former barn. The ground floor features the living-dining area with a kitchenette (dishwasher), an open fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto a small balcony. From the spacious, partially covered terraces that wrap around three sides of the house, you can enjoy views of the sea and the hills of the Tresino Peninsula.
Thanks to the attractive and cosy interior, the well-equipped kitchen, heating, a fireplace, and amenities such as satellite TV, a CD player, and Wi-Fi, you can feel right at home at Casa Uliveto even during the cooler months.
The house is surrounded by a 10,000-square-meter Mediterranean garden with views of the sea and the Punta Tresino peninsula.
The town centre of Santa Maria di Castellabate is easily accessible by car in just a few minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes, or by the local bus, which runs several times a day.
