Host is very communicative and responsive. The house is conveniently located, and the neighbors are very quiet. There is a nice grass side yard/dog run. The house has been completely updated with high quality appliances and very comfortable beds. I rate this property a 10!

Our long term stay at this home was everything we hoped for when booking. The stay was for recovery post surgery and the home was relaxing, clean, well appointed and very easy to navigate post surgery. Any issue that we asked about was immediately addressed. They are excellent Hosts and the location is very CENTRAL which means much easier to navigate the traffic construction congestion. Lots of services nearby like HEB and restaurants. The street was also very quiet which helped with recovery. If I need to return to Houston for more surgery I will absolutely stay here again. Big deal for us was to find the right place that also allowed dogs. Their openness & willingness to let our dogs stay with us was cherry on top! Our two dogs were also at ease and really enjoyed the side yard. Once again we loved our stay, book with confidence especially if you are looking for ease. Thank you to our Hosts.
