Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wirklich sehr gut. Olga war von Anfang an für Fragen da und hat alles immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich hatte einen relativ langen Aufenthalt. Deshalb denke ich kann ich ganz gut beurteilen, ob die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen ist. Ich habe hier eine ganz klare Meinung. Ja! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskraft, die alle zwei Wochen die Unterkunft gereinigt hat, war sehr gewissenhaft über meine elf Wochen Aufenthalt habe ich nur drei kleine Bemerkungen. Der Backofen ist etwas unhandlich. Ich bin knapp eins 180 groß und hatte etwas Probleme mit der Höhe des Backofens für noch kleinere Menschen, also wirklich ungeeignet. Die meisten Leute sind ja aber nicht so lange da, dass das jetzt ein Problem darstellen sollte. Die Herdplatte ist etwas schwer gängig, wenn man aber Geduld mit ihr hat, klappt sie auch, wie man möchte. Außerdem könnte die Abluft im Bad mal wieder eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Das sind aber wirklich alles nur kleine Mankos, die nicht als großen Minuspunkt in meiner Bewertung mit einfließen.Mein persönliches Highlight an der Wohnung war am Balkon, die Leute zu beobachten, wie sie in dem doch recht kleinen Hinterhof versuchen, sich in Parkplätze zu drücken. Von lachen zu Stop rufen war alles dabei! Gerade für Angestellte der Bundeswehr, die im BAAINBw einen Aufenthalt haben, ist die Wohnung wirklich weiter zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Schöne Wohnung, sehr gepflegt. Leider war es wettertechnisch viel zu heiß (35) und somit auch in der Wohnung. Leider kein so schöner Ausblick vom Balkon (Parkplatz Aldi und Fitnessstudio). Ansonsten gibt es an der Wohnung wirklich nichts auszusetzen, war tip top, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Nähe zu Geschäften und der Altstadt ist top. Außerdem sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Die Kommunikation mit Olga war hervorragend, es gab sehr gute Informationen zur Wohnung und Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man für einen Kurztrip in Koblenz benötigt. Vor dem Haus ist auch gleich eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus geht alle 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stilvolles, komfortables Apartment!

Ich habe berufsbedingt zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht und mich die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Reibungsloser, unkomplizierter Check-In und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr gemütliches, helles Schlafzimmer mit tollem Ausblick und bequemes Bett. Auch den Parkplatz habe ich sehr geschätzt.Kleiner Kritikpunkt: In der sonst gut ausgestatteten Küche hätte ich mir noch mehr Küchenutensilien gewünscht; Geschirr- und Spültücher, Topf-/Backofenhandschuhe sowie ein Mikrowellendeckel wären vorteilhaft gewesen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ferienwohnung Koblenz

Sehr schön gelegene und saubere Wohnung. Von der Ferienwohnung aus bist du in 30 Min. zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Durch den Aldi und Rewe gleich nebenan bekommst du täglich frische Brötchen. Die Wohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Koblenzaufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und war sehr sauber. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war dass es zwar einen Geschirrspüler gab aber zu wenig Besteck und Zubehör, so dass man von Hand abgewaschen hat. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber empfehlenswert.
