Holds 12/14 adult housekeeper / maid and cleaning lady (2: 00hr day) included.
The property is 600 / 800mts. from the beaches of Sahy and Baleia in a safe cul de sac and gate closing the street like a village.
Alarm, safe, is decorated with new furniture, barbecue, and with all new kitchen utensils.
New steam room, air conditioning in 06 rooms and 01 room without air.
Internet / wifi.
Ceiling fan in every room of the house
Caretaker / maid service and cleaning included.
All in excellent condition and maintenance.
Reservoirs with more than 10.000 liters of water.
The house is new and airy, sunny and has a swimming pool, caretaker, cleaning lady, security and a lot of tranquility.
We only rent to family.
Overlooking the Atlantic Forest.
