Private: property 4'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, badminton, patio, pergola (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Bus stop 1 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Casale Monferrato 37 km, Alba 45 km, La Morra 55 km, Barolo 52 km, Torino 76 km. Please note: car recommended. The tub is open from 30.04. to 15.09. The pool of the Bistro (20 x4 m, 01.06.-15.09.) located at a distance of ca. 100 m, can be used by our guests for a fee of: EUR 15 per person/day.

Amazing!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Piedmont! The location is stunning, nestled among beautiful vineyards and rolling hills, offering a true escape into the Italian countryside. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the authentic character of the region. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredibly warm and welcoming host. She went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail were remarkable—she provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and was always available to help with any questions or requests. I felt like I was staying with a dear friend rather than just a guest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful stay in Piedmont. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay - beautiful countryside

We were a group of 6 adults and found this villa to be a great choice for our vacation. The bedrooms are located on several different floors - top floor has ensuite master and ensuite room with single beds. 2nd floor 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom. First floor, laundry room with shower/toilet and a separte W.C. Kitchen and dining are on this floor. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of plates and glassware. Chefs knives all very sharp. Could have used another pan or two, but we made do just fine! Nice big range and sink. We all worked around the island and had fun preparing meals when we cooked in. Great butcher, small grocer in Villa San Secondo - OK Market. We made quick runs to Tonco and Moncalvo for provisions. Supermarkets are nearby and getting into Asti was painless for several trips in. The villa has plenty of outdoor space for reading, finding a corner for yourself. Nice outdoor BBQ area, with lovely views of the surrounding hills. On a clear day you can see the Alps. Just stunning. The villa is tastefully appointed with thoughtful antiques and decor. The surroundings are quiet and make for lovely walks. Fulvia is a most gracious host. Quick to answer questions or make suggestions to ensure that your holiday is the best! We loved meeting her and would happily stay at this property again. We hope to come back soon! Grazie mille Fulvia!!!

A magic place

We spent a week in this wonderful house. You feel the passion and love for nature, tradition and people. Everything was perfect and above our expectations. F. is a fantastic host. Ein Bijou

Ein absolut unglaubliches Haus. Riesig super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ein Park! Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Was uns zum absoluten Glück gefehlt hat, ist ein Pool. Ansonsten einfach perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe.

Fantastisch huis met lieve eigenaren

Dit huis is echt fantastisch! Eigenlijk geen review schrijven omdat het anders volgend jaar snel weer volgeboekt is. Het huis is net een klein museum. We waren er met twee meiden van 17. Heerlijk de jacuzzi buiten. Onwijs lieve mensen de eigenaren, een appje of een belletje, niks is teveel. Asti een mooie en leuke stad met een weekmarkt op de woensdag ! Het huis is echt netjes , mooie kamers! Heerlijk keuken … fijn terras waar je met warm weer de nevel aan kan zetten! FANTASTISCH/heimwee dus!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit sfeervolle huis in Frinco. De eigenaresse is allerhartelijkst, zowel bij de ontvangst als bij vragen tussendoor. En die hartelijkheid en warmte voel je terug in het huis. De tuin is gigantisch en mooi aangelegd. Voor de kinderen is er van alles te doen (tafeltennis, biljard, tafelvoetbal, voetbalgoals, etc.), dus niemand hoeft zich hier te vervelen. In juli zijn er wel mugjes, maar Italiaanse Autan Family Care Spray houdt ze op afstand.

Magnifique bâtisse au calme aux allures de toscane. Immense jardin. Ideal pour les enfants. La propriétaire et sa famille habite à 100m et sont très disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous étions 4 familles avec enfants en bas âges et reviendrons très certainement.

Der Ausblick vom Haus bei Sonnenaufgang/-untergang auf die Burg von Frinco mit den Alpen im Hintergrund ist herrlich. Das Haus bietet mit Schach/Pokerraum, Yogazimmer, Billardtisch oder Tischtennisplatte alles erdenkliche, um sich zu beschäftigen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We could not have asked for more

We stayed for a long weekend and the house is even better in person than in photos. It is taken care of and the owners make sure that you have a comfortable stay. You will need a car to get to the property and get around but you will also find a big supermarket/shopping center with everything you might need just a 15min drive from the house (ASTI). The place is a perfect base for wine tasting as there are plenty of wineries in the area.
