I booked this property based off the pictures online. Within 20 minutes of booking, I saw different pictures that were not represented initially. I immediately contacted the host by phone and messaging about the issue and that I wanted to cancel. No response for almost 24 hours. I also purchased the insurance. The host would not cancel my reservation. I attempted to file a claim for misrepresentation, denied. Ultimately, I lost almost $700 for misrepresentation of the property which I tried to cancel within 20 minutes of the initial booking. Within a week of my complaint 10-12 new pictures appeared and were added to the listing. I do not recommend booking with this host or Vrbo through Expedia. Also, don't waste your money on the insurance, I should have known better than to think they would cover what they said they would cover.
