Cozy stay

Clean, tidy and cozy accommodation. The surrounding area was beautiful and the hosts were friendly. A few small things were missing that would have made the stay easier, such as a washing machine and a larger sun umbrella on the terrace.

Nette Unterkunft

Die Wohnung hat eine prima Lage und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und die Ausstattung im wesentlichen ok. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee wären toll, genauso wie ein internetfähiger Fernseher. Ein Backblech und ein Salatbesteck wurden anstandslos auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Danke dafür! Ein grosses Manko hat Wohnung allerdings: sie ist etwas hellhörig und ab 06:00 Uhr morgens kommt Leben in die Bude. Fazit: nette Bude, nette Vermieter. Süße Kinder.

Fijne familiewoning

Heerlijk huis met grote tuin. Mooie slaapkamers met goede bedden. Keuken uitstekend uitgerust. En alles superschoon. Trampoline en ander speelgoed van de eigenaar mochten gebruikt worden. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. We komen graag nog eens terug. Goede uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de omgeving.

Ferienhaus Fankhauser

Super, nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend und immer für einen Small-Talk zu haben gewesen. Wir durften die Hasen mit füttern und haben auch etwas Gemüse aus dem Garten erhalten. Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, uns mangelte es an nichts. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Gegend

Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schon eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, war sauber und von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und ist schnell in verschiedenen Orte und bei verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Unsere Kinder durften sogar auf das private Trampolin und die Schaukel benutzen. 100 Meter weiter gibt es auch einen Trinkbrunnen. Dort haben wir uns uns immer das frische Trinkwasser geholt. Wer nicht auf Kaffee aus Kapseln steht, sollte sich eine Frenchpress mitnehmen. Ansonsten wurde an alles gedacht…sogar Fliegengitter. Alles in allem eine top Adresse!

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor skivakantie. Op auto afstand, of skibus vlot in Kaprun en Zell am See In dorpje zelf ook skilift. Heerlijk modern, warm, schoon en compleet huis.

Majitelé byli úžasní, paní uměla anglicky, což komunikaci velice zjednodušilo. Objekt jako nový, vše čistě vymalované, naklizené. Spousta místa pro větší rodinu s dětmi a psem, se kterým ač je to celkem rapl, neměli sebemenší problém. Klidné místo, fajn sousedé. Určitě bychom doporučili.

Mooi huis in een mooie omgeving

Mooi huis met voldoende ruimte voor 6 volwassenen. niet ver van Kaprun en Zell am See. Het was alleen jammer, dat 1 slaapkamer grenst met slechts 1 tussendeur aan de woning van de eigenaren. Hierdoor hoor je de eigenaren goed praten en de man stond elke ochtend vroeg op (7 uur) stond om te gaan werken. Hij was ook behoorlijk verkouden en wij werden elke ochtend hierdoor wakker. Ons advies zou zijn, om hier een dubbele deur te maken, zodat de vakantiegangers en eigenaren meer privacy hebben.

Tolle neue Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Mir fehlte etwas der Staubsauger, da das viel schneller geht als fegen.
