Bien placé mais très bruyant.

Situation bonne proche plage, commerces mais rue très passante extrêmement bruyante. Clim bienvenue vs bruit la nuit. Equipement de l'appartement laisse à désirer. Beaucoup de vieilleries dépareillées, assiettes, verres, poêles hors d'usage, mobilier. Un bon point pour la literie le frigo et les rangements. Parking pratique. Attention à utiliser le portail de gauche !
