Bayside on Cedar Creek is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home on a private peninsula in the Star Harbor community, 75 miles southeast of Dallas. Vaulted cedar ceilings, a stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and an open kitchen with a quartz island anchor the main living area. The kitchen is equipped with a French-door refrigerator, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer.

The home sleeps a large group, up to 14 people. Three bedrooms include a kids' bunk room with 7 beds — well-suited to multi-generational families. Two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a 20x24 game room round out the indoor space. Covered porches and patios face the lake, and an outdoor grill is set up for lakeside meals. Fiber-optic WiFi throughout.

Outside, guests have a Gunite pool with an automatic pool cleaner and direct lake access at the back of the property. No matter the lake water level, the pool is always available and a refreshing place to spend time.

LAKE ACCESS & ON-PROPERTY WATERCRAFT
Notice: The lake is currently low with limited access for watercraft. Please ask for an update when booking.

Guests have full use of the private lakeside dock, including two PWC lifts — bring your own jet skis and dock them at no extra charge. A single boat may be tied up alongside the dock for direct lake access during your stay. Star Harbor's private community boat ramp is also available to guests for launching and retrieving personal watercraft.

The on-site enclosed boathouse holds our private Sea-Doo Switch pontoon boat, used exclusively for captain-guided lake experiences for up to 8 passengers. These are available as an optional add-on through a separate rental agreement — see Optional Lake & Property Experiences below.

OPTIONAL LAKE & PROPERTY EXPERIENCES (BOOKED SEPARATELY)

The following are not included in the nightly rate and are booked separately through a rental agreement. All boat experiences are captain-piloted; guests are always passengers.

- Captain-guided boat outings on the Sea-Doo Switch (up to 8 passengers): lake tours and beach landings, water skiing, wakeboarding, tow sports, and dock-to-dock shuttles to area restaurants and marinas
- Private electric golf cart rental for getting around Star Harbor and playing Star Harbor's public 9-hole golf course. Green fees are separate.

LOCATION

The home sits on a private peninsula in Star Harbor, a private, non-HOA community on Cedar Creek Lake. Star Harbor includes a public 9-hole golf course, with a boat ramp, and a community clubhouse. Roads are paved and low-traffic.

Cedar Creek Lake is known for clean water and lower-traffic boating relative to other regional lakes. Fishing, swimming, and quiet coves are within easy reach. Nearby towns offer restaurants, antique shops, and local breweries within a 20-minute drive.

From the Dallas area (Highland Park, Southlake, Frisco, Plano), the drive is about 90 minutes via I-30 East and Highway 31 North.
