The vacation rental consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room features a double sofa bed, a dining table with 5 comfortable chairs, as well as a satellite TV and a radio. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a small freezer, a two-burner stove, an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher. - The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a small safe built into the closet. - In addition to a double sink, a glass shower stall, and a toilet, the bathroom also has a bathtub. A hair dryer is provided. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: Children up to 6 years old: free; children ages 6–15: 1.00 EUR; guests 16 and older: 1.50 EUR; guests with a disability of 50% or more: 1.00 EUR; guests with a disability with 100% disability: free; accompanying person: free. Prices are per person per day. Payment is accepted in cash only! A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. Please pay the remaining balance in cash on site. The vacation rental can be booked with or without breakfast. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
