The holiday rental consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. - The living room features a double sofa bed and a dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a satellite TV and a radio. - The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker. - The bedroom, which features a double bed, also has a luggage rack. - Additional sleeping accommodation, including 2 beds and space for a mattress on the floor, are available in the attic. - The bathroom, which features a window overlooking the garden, includes a double sink, washing machine, glass shower stall, toilet, and hair dryer. The small balcony (morning sun) is very popular. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: Children up to 6 years old: free; children aged 6–15: 1.00 EUR; guests aged 16 and older: 1.50 EUR; guests with a disability of 50% or more: 1.00 EUR; guests with a disability with 100% disability: free; accompanying person: free. Prices are per person per day. Payment is accepted in cash only! A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. Please settle the remaining balance on-site in cash. The holiday rental can be booked with or without breakfast. Keys will be handed over in person on site.

Die Fewo war sehr gemütlich. Küche und Bad modern und eine volle Ausstattung in der Küche. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem Ortskern um die Ecke. Gastgeber sehr nett. E-bike's konnten in der Garage abgestellt und geladen werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren durchs Altmühltal. Bahnhof um die Ecke- Bahnverbindungen in viele Richtungen!

Familie Tschernach war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war auch Zeit für ein kurzes privates, sehr angenehmes Gespräch. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr kinderfreundlich und auch wenn die Kinder etwas lauter spielten gab es keine Beschwerden.Die vorherige Kommunikation war einwandfrei und die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und den im Internet abgebildeten Informationen und Fotos. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Möbel hochwertig. Die Ausstattung war auch großzügig, es fehlte in der Küche an keinen technischen Geräten.Ebenso waren Geschirrspülertubs, Spülmittel, Putzlappen usw. und Seife im Badezimmer vorhanden, das hat man auch nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung.Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder.

Tolle Ausstattung und Ausgangspunkt für viele Entdeckungen

Sehr Sauber und tolle Ausstattung. Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Lärm der Hauptstrasse ist wahrnehmbar. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgebern. Gerne wieder. Alles was wir brauchten.
