Holiday home with sauna and fireplace for 6 people and a dog—House 25—“Ferdinand”
Born out of a love for the sea, the beach, and the wide-open sky, this small beach house features plenty of wood, natural colours, and a laid-back vibe. The house accommodates 6 people—and your four-legged friend is welcome, too!
The spacious living and dining room on the ground floor features—in addition to the open, fully equipped kitchen—a wood-burning stove for colder days. During the warmer months, you can also spend your holiday days on the south- and west-facing terraces. A beach chair, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a large garden table with chairs create the perfect outdoor living room, from which you can enjoy a view of the beautiful Salzhaff.
The ground floor also features a bedroom and a bathroom with a sauna and rain shower.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each equipped with large double beds (180 m x 200 m) and built-in closets. The bathroom on this floor, with its walk-in rain shower, is one of the favourite rooms and rounds off every day at the Baltic Sea beach with just the right touch of wellness.

Dogs are allowed (for an additional fee).
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off fireworks (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
The “Haffdroom” holiday home area is located between Rostock and Wismar, nestled among forests, meadows, fields, and the Baltic Sea landscape.
Whether you’d like to spend your holiday in our homes with your family, as a couple, or with friends, Haffdroom and the surrounding area offer peace, relaxation, and nature, as well as a wide range of sports and cultural activities.
