Urlaub in Istrien in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten unseren 3wöchigen Urlaub im August/September 2023 in dieser schönen und vorallem praktischen Ferienwohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht, inkl. Klimaanlagen, Aussenbereich mit Grillecke, Parkplatz direkt am Haus und schöner "Dachterasse". Die Vermieterin war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Verschiedene Buchten und Küstenabschnitte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad errechbar. Alles in Allem ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub an der die Ferienwohnung ihren positiven Anteil hatte.

Bestens. Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen (12 + 15) im August in der Wohnung. Diese ist genau wie beschrieben und birgt keinerlei Enttäuschungen. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel und bringen die benötigte Erholung. Durch die Klimaanlage im Flur kühlt der komplette Schlafbereich angenehm herunter. Die Wohn/Ess-Küche bietet alles, was man zum Leben und Kochen braucht (Kaffeemaschine hatten wir mitgebracht. Vorsicht: Nehmt ausreichend Pads mit, die gibt es nur selten in Istrien). Inkl. Steak/Toast-Grill und modernem Geschirrspüler. Equipment ist ausreichend vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer vor der Küche gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Der geräumige Hof mit der super Außenküche wurde täglich genutzt (wir hatten einen eigenen Grill dabei, daher kann ich den vorhandenen nicht beurteilen). Unser abendliches Highlight war die kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit der Sitzgruppe und dem Tisch. Die ortskernübliche Geräuschkulisse umgeht man mit geschlossenen Fenstern - uns hat es nicht gestört. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, der alles gängige für den Gebrauch führt (sogar frisches Fleisch von einem nahe gelegenen Metzger). Preise sind moderat. Eine gute Bäckerei ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in direkter Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und stets erreichbar. Während unseres Urlaubs besuchten wir zwei Gaststätten in näherer Umgebung (Kaminada und Stari Riba) und können diese auch bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Strandurlaub

Sehr nette Vermieterin! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann drei Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichen. Eine Konoba ist direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand benötigt man 5 Minuten hin und 15 Minuten zurück. Der Strand ist auch noch nicht so überlaufen. Ein kleiner Laden ist direkt um die Ecke. Uns hat ein wenig die doch recht stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus gestört. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Schönes gemütliches Quartier

Eine schöne große gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr sauber. Ruhiger Garten mit schönen Möbeln und großer Bank. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant in nächster Nähe. Strand 5 Autominuten entfernt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Gerne mal wieder.

Erfahrungswerte

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine etwas ältere Einrichtung, ist aber dennoch schön und ordentlich, sowie auch sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und spricht auch deutsch und englisch. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.
