Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your private deck overlooking the beach, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The condo comfortably sleeps your group with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a cozy bunk nook that kids will love. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay, including streaming TVs, WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Yes, there are hair dryers! There’s also a ground-level storage closet for all your beach gear. Four beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.

The building features a spacious pool and sun deck with plenty of seating, and you’re just steps from the sand. You’ll also love being within easy walking distance of the Ocean Isle Beach Pier, local shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, a surf shop, and the Museum of Coastal Carolina—everything you need for a fun and easy beach getaway.

To help keep costs down, guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, dishcloths, kitchen towels, and bathroom floor mats. If you prefer, I’m happy to recommend a local linen service that will deliver directly to the condo. A starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided, and you can pick up additional items for longer stays. I’ll also share a detailed list of what’s included so you can pack with confidence.

Hello, Beach Lovers! My husband, Mark, and I live in Charlotte. We have three grown daughters, and recently had our first granddaughter named Sunny! Mark enjoys fishing and hunting, and we love kayaking the ICW with our dog. I enjoy crafts (that coffee table among other things :-D) and pickleball. There is a welcoming pickleball community at OIB! We love sharing this condo at Ocean Isle Beach because it's the perfect place to unwind all year round!

We love this area of town because you can park your car and walk everywhere. It has a fun vibe with friendly people in the restaurants, shops, the pier, putt-putt golf, that fabulous park 2 blocks over, and music at the park!

This property is amazing because of the views right out the front door and windows. The sound and smell of the ocean is just so restoring! You are just steps away from putting your toes in the sand and Shells In Your Pocket!
