All the rooms were spotless and the host was very accommodating and inviting. The check in and check out instructions were very reasonable and straightforward. Great spot for walking with lots to do around the house. Would definitely stay again!

Location is great. Parking not as much. Host is very responsive in answering questions. A lot to do in the area for sure.

This place is spacious and very clean. It is well located in downtown York. The only drawback was night Street noise- vehicles not humans. I’m a country mouse, so that was a bit challenging.

Place was clean and offered lots of room for two couples. As described by other renters, the winding staircase would be a challenge for young children or people with challenges climbing stairs. Self check in was easy. Owner was very responsive.

The space was very clean and modern. I was nervous that parking would be difficult, but we actually were able to park on the street right in front of the unit. Everything was walkable. Loved the little cafes just down the street. My 14-year-old loved the cool bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase. Perfect stay for our group of five!

Very, very beautiful property, especially in consideration of price! Host is amazing and apartment is charming...REALLLLY spacious! You MAY want to bring a fan or some white noise to address Philadelphia Street noise...but small price to pay for this experience!

Communication was outstanding and the place was even better than we expected. Loved the layout of the place and the extra fans made it nice and extra comfy, My 16 year old loved the loft at the very top and made it his nest. Convenient to a lot of cool things in the neighborhood and was great for traveling to Lancaster and the neighboring areas.
