This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood. After a day of poolside fun, retire to a fully furnished, gorgeous home cooled by central air conditioning. Inside, guests find a marvelous primary suite featuring a King size bed, ceiling fan, large private bathroom with a bidet and direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom #2 has a double bed, ceiling fan and its unique location offers plenty of Palm Springs sunshine. The final bedroom comes with a Queen bed and its own air conditioning unit. A bathtub and shower complete the hall bathroom. A large living room sits in the middle of the residence with a fireplace and 65 inch television. The dining room has a marble dinner table with seating for six. A den in back has been turned into a mini gym. The last room is the utility room and has a doggy door with access to the back of the residence which is securely gated. A washer and dryer complete the major amenities of this property.
