I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of energy and comfort. Being just minutes from Ybor City and Downtown Tampa means you’re close to some of the best culture, dining, entertainment, TB Lightning hockey, concerts and nightlife that Tampa has to offer- while still enjoying a quieter, more relaxed space to come home to.

One of my favorite features of the area is how easy it is to get around. The free TECO Line Streetcar System is just four blocks away, making it effortless to explore Ybor City, downtown, and beyond without needing a car.

Whether you’re walking the historic streets, hopping on a bike, or taking the streetcar, it’s a neighborhood that truly lets you experience Tampa like a local.

For me, it checked all the boxes: great location, vibrant surroundings, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day out.
