The breakfast bar tucks three people in for a quiet morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes up.

The renovated kitchen has the counter space and tools to cook real meals — granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, and enough room for the family chef to actually enjoy the process.
Two kings, two queens — everyone sleeps well. The master suite has canal views, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool. Bedroom 4 also wakes you up with canal views. Every bedroom has its own smart TV.

Then there's the backyard. The heated pool runs year-round. The 6-person hot tub — powerful 220v jets — earns its keep on cool evenings. Three outdoor dining tables sit under a covered lanai with string lights glowing warm after sunset. Rocking chairs face the canal. The outdoor kitchen has everything your grill master needs — full grill, sink, fridge, counter space, and bar seating. Around the corner, a built-in fire pit with crystal rocks and four Adirondack chairs sits right at the canal's edge. That's where the best conversations happen.

The dock is yours. Two kayaks are ready. The beach is 9 minutes away.

Flagler Beach is worth the short drive — walk the pier, grab lunch at Funky Pelican or High Tides at Snack Jack right on the sand. Marineland Dolphin Adventure is 20 minutes north. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is nearby for a slower morning. Historic St. Augustine is 45 minutes north and a full day trip on its own.

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND: Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

POOL HEATING POLICY: The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge. The heater runs automatically so the water is ready when you arrive. Please note that pool heating is weather-dependent — when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, the heating equipment cannot maintain safe operating temperatures and will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend checking the forecast if you're visiting during cooler months.

Good Neighbor Policy & Noise Monitoring: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors. To help ensure a peaceful environment, we use privacy-compliant noise monitoring technology that measures decibel levels (without recording conversations). If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will receive an alert and reach out with a friendly reminder about quiet hours and maximum occupancy.

NO PETS POLICY: Serenity Cove is a pet-free property. No animals of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time, including during check-in and check-out. Guests found to have brought a pet onto the property will be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $500 and asked to vacate without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping this home comfortable for all future guests.
