Inside, the home opens into a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space designed for connection and ease. Natural light fills the room, while soft textures and calming coastal tones create a setting that feels immediately welcoming. The living area centers around a plush sofa and wall-mounted Roku TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or gathering for a relaxed evening in.

The custom-built dining nook offers a versatile space that goes beyond traditional dining. Whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast, playing games, or simply lingering over conversation, this thoughtfully designed area invites you to settle in and stay awhile.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for both simple meals and more involved cooking, complemented by a curated coffee bar featuring regular and decaf coffee, tea, and a Keurig machine for added convenience (pods not provided).

Each bedroom has been designed with rest and comfort in mind. The spacious king primary bedroom features a brand new mattress and a calm, airy layout that makes it easy to fully unwind. A cozy full bedroom and a twin bedroom with two beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Step outside and you’ll find a newly created outdoor living space designed to extend your stay beyond the indoors. Patio seating for six, a brand new grill, a fire pit with dedicated seating, and a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower create the perfect setting for long summer evenings and easy mornings.
A hammock tucked into the landscape offers a quiet place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. And just down the road, a short five-minute walk leads you to a private association bay beach. No need to pack the car or search for parking—just step outside and follow the road to sand, salt air, and sunsets.
