wonderful vacation property. views are amazing. home is comfy and well equipped. ideal layout for large families. lots of room to spread out. the water access is great. you are right there in the environment. no need to leave the house! but, of course, lbi and the ocean are minutes away with all the fun touristy stuff. will definitely book again. thank you, thomas, for sharing your home.

First off, communication with the Host (Thomas) was clear and immediate. The house was as described and welcoming. This was a family women’s retreat for a week, and I couldn’t have found a better place. We never got in each other’s way. We were close enough to activities in the surrounding area and had a perfect week weather wise! Got me, having the bay right in the back yard was ideal! Even sunning, grilling and eating outside enjoying the views were such a delight. (The seagulls even left us alone). The house worked for us better than I could have hoped for. Spacious rooms, a working kitchen and peaceful views . Just what we needed for our retreat. The plus was our Host checked in to make certain we were settled ok, and always responded promptly to my questions or concerns. I am looking forward to returning for another week soon! Thank you Thomas once again!
