Former farm with a lake for fishing and swimming: This charming holiday home is situated in a very quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forests, about 400 metres from the farm with its animals and about 4 km from the holiday town of Roßhaupten. The property’s own fishing lake is only about 400 metres away, and numerous hiking and biking trails run right past the house.

The holiday home is detached and surrounded by a large play and sunbathing area. A wide selection of playground equipment is available for younger guests. 
Fishing permits and a boat are available directly from the owner on-site upon presentation of your fishing licence (for a fee).

Amenities:
The large holiday home features approximately 150 square metres of living space spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 9 people.
The large kitchen-dining area features a nice seating area and a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.
The living room is furnished with two large upholstered seating areas, a tiled stove, and a TV.
There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor: 2 with a double bed, 1 with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 with a double bed (a single bed can be added here if needed); a cot and a high chair are also available upon request.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet; on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink, as well as a separate toilet.
You can enjoy the fresh Allgäu air on the large terrace (with seating area).

Bedding and kitchen towels are provided; please bring your own bath towels!

Parking is available right next to the holiday home.

Minimum stay: 5 or 7 nights, depending on the season!

Smoking is not permitted inside the house!

Recreational activities:
The property’s own fishing and swimming lake, complete with a beach and a kiosk, is only about 400 metres from the holiday home.

Just a few minutes’ drive away, the beautifully landscaped spa park in Roßhaupten invites you to linger with its natural swimming pond, adventure playground, and mini-golf course.
The well-known Forggensee, as well as numerous biking and hiking trails, are very close by.

For winter sports enthusiasts, there’s a ski and toboggan run with a lift and a cross-country ski trail just a few minutes’ drive away. Alpine skiers will find slopes of all difficulty levels, also just a few kilometres away. For beginners, there is a lovely practice slope with a ski school in Roßhaupten. Those who enjoy ice skating (ice rink in Lechbruck) or curling will be in good hands in Roßhaupten or Lechbruck, with its natural lakes and artificial ice rink. Several alpine winter sports areas with sports shops and ski schools are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The holiday town of Lechbruck is only about 3 km from the holiday home.
