The exclusive, light-filled apartment "Schloss Hocheppan" is located on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, and a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed.
The large corner balcony offers a fantastic panoramic view over the entire Adige Valley with a view of the provincial capital Bolzano, surrounded by Merano 2000, the Sarner Scharte, the Rittner Horn, the Sciliar with the Alpe di Siusi, the Latemar, and the Weiß and Schwarzhorn. Three swimming lakes (15min drive) and a golf course (2min drive) are in the immediate vicinity. Starting point for numerous hikes.
