We are delighted to present this property to you. A holiday of the highest calibre awaits you. All apartments offer direct ocean views, so you’ll immediately feel happy and right at home.
A staircase and an lift lead to each floor; the lift takes you directly into the penthouse apartment. The view across the entire Bay of Lübeck is simply breathtaking. All apartments have a parking space behind the building. These are non-smoking apartments where pets are allowed.

This luxurious penthouse offers a breathtaking ocean view across the entire Lübeck Bay.

This extravagant and spacious two-bedroom penthouse, spanning over 100 square metres, offers a relaxing, first-class holiday for up to 4 people (no infants). On the rooftop terraces that wrap around the apartment, you’ll find a sunny spot at any time of day. From there, you can enjoy an unobstructed, spectacular view of the sea across Lübeck Bay and, at the rear, a cosy view of the beautiful Haffkrug Spa Park. An lift takes you directly to the apartment, where you’ll be greeted by a spacious, bright entryway. In the open-concept kitchen, the large granite worktop features an induction cooktop with a Bora range hood. In addition to the dishwasher, the large refrigerator with freezer, and the built-in washer-dryer, this bright kitchen offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area and the living room, featuring a cosy TV nook and large windows facing the Baltic Sea. On the other side is another open-concept, stylish room with a high-quality sleeper sofa, also offering a sea view and access to the west-facing rooftop terrace, where you can comfortably enjoy the romantic sunset with a glass of champagne. A convenient Weber electric grill is available on the rooftop terrace. The cosy bedroom, featuring a large double bed and a mirrored-door wardrobe, also offers a side view of the sea through its two windows. There is another TV in this room. Directly across from the bedroom is a comfortable bathroom, where you can enjoy a great view of the idyllic spa gardens from both the large, walk-in shower and the stylish designer bathtub. A guest bathroom is also available.

Unfortunately, there is no place to store bicycles here. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children must be at least 10 years old, as the apartment is not suitable for younger children.
During the 2026 season, from May 15 to September 15, a personal beach chair will be available to you on the beach.
