The experience was beautiful with inspiration on returning again. Communication was there but not as quickly as we needed it to be. The guest rooms beds were wobbly and couldn’t support bed drills. The freezer kept leaking from underneath which caused a panic but the host contacted us with info that aided that error. Overall stay was a return. Location was discreetly upscale. Pool table needed utensils to do a good cleaning of it.

Well the property itself was fine once we actually got it. Was going to a concert and let the host know that we were going to be checking in late- between 11:30p and midnight and was assured that wouldn't be an issue. Turned out to be an issue: 1) Upon checking in there was no specific house number listed. The street had "Parking for VRBO Only" so we knew we were in the right area but it wasn't obvious which house it was. The street was very dark and tried contacting the host to no avail. Spent 30 minutes trying to find an entranceway that matched a picture. :-( 2) After not hearing, called VRBO support after midnight. They were very helpful in helping me hunt down the property but then had trouble getting in as the lock on the door didn't match. Finally found it on the porch, but again it was very dark so hard to find. 3) I need my coffee in the morning. I asked the host whether there was a Keurig on premises and if so if they had pods, otherwise I would have brought my own. Turns out there was a Keurig but no pods to be found. 4) While there was a TV there was not programming. Had to sign in to my own accounts in order to watch. It was fine for the few hours we ended up being there. Perhaps if we checked in during the daytime some of these issues wouldn't have surfaced (although we still wouldn't have known the exact house). Needs improved lighting
