The property is part of a two-unit house, and a full-time resident lives in the first-floor apartment. Guests have full private access to the upper unit of the home, including the second and third floors and the outdoor balcony. The two units are completely separate with different entrances; there is no interaction with the downstairs tenant.

Free driveway parking is available for two regular sized vehicles. Two large SUVs may be tight. There is paid street parking in front of the house. Free street parking is 3 blocks away.
