We appreciate your review. So glad to hear that we were able to fix the jetted tub so promptly on the 2nd floor (the source of the leak), enabling you to enjoy it. Had we known about the hot tub not heating promptly, we would have gladly taken care of that as well. Likely, the hot tub needed more time to heat up initially after a water change was performed the same day as your arrival. Since we received this review in mid-November for an October stay, we have had no further complaints regarding the hot tub. Therefore, it is probably what you experienced. How wonderful to have a private hot tub and jetted tub at the same property! We're thrilled to hear you had a lovely stay and enjoyed the home, especially the well-stocked kitchen and cozy fireplace!
