Der Urlaub und das schöne Städtchen läd ein zum wiederkommen!

Pros: Freundlichkeit der Besitzer, Außenanlage und Aussicht sehr schön! Cons: Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht! Wohn-u. Küchenbereich nicht abgetrennt von dem Schlafzimmer! Kochutensilien etwas veraltet!

Malchesine ein kleiner Ort mit viel Charm

Das Appartement war sehr schön , allerdings hatten wir laut Beschreibung ein Appartement mit Gartenanteil im Erdgeschoß erwartet. Wir wurden aber im 1. Stock mit Balkon einquartiert. Außerdem ist das Haus hellhörig., wen man ruhige Nachbarn hat kein Problem. Wir hatten eine Familie mit Kleinkind , das Nachts unruhig und tagsüber auch laut war. .Auf der anderen Seite ein Ehepaar das auch nicht immer rücksichtsvoll war. Das war deshalb etwas negativ , da das Wetter leider auch nicht immer gut war. und bei Regen sich mehrere Familien im Haus aufhielten . Ansonsten war alles Top und Malcesine ist immer eine Reise wert..

Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Lage mit Gartenmöblierung ein

Pros: Die Lage und der Garten ist ein Traum. Man ist zu Fuß sogleich auch in der Altstadt Malcesine, kann prima shoppen und abends einer der unzähligen Restaurants auch mit Seeblick besuchen. Sehr entspannend das Domizil. Die Tiefgarage ist ein weiteres Bonbon - gerade mit einem E-Auto für batterieschonendes Abstellen ideal; 21°C dort bei gleichzeitigen Außentemperaturen von typischerweise 33 - 36°C ab Juni sind wohltemperiert. Cons: Hausanlage ist generell etwas hellhörig - natürlich spielt hier auch die gegenseitige Rücksicht der Mit-Mieter und Landsleute dann eine lärmtechnisch günstigere Rolle... mehr ein genereller Appell...
