Great beach gear!

The rental provided four quality kayaks, six comfortable beach chairs, and two large beach umbrellas—all of which were a fantastic addition and made our beach days even better.

Came with family to watch NCAA women’s basketball tournament at the Hertz center over Thanksgiving. Rental was as advertised with a great hot tub, kayaks & bikes. Location was convenient to the beach and local attractions. Owner was kind enough to let us check in early when we arrived sooner that expected

Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. I liked the open kitchen, dining, living room. Main floor laundry was great. TV with channels included was appreciated. Could use some better lighting outside especially with all the stairs. Hard to see in the dark. Did not know that you could only acces the downstairs rooms from outside. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

In the Middle of Everything!

The home was very well appointed and maintained. It was warm, inviting, comfortable and very clean. Everything was as advertised. All new amenities, and care was taken to ensure a restful and relaxing stay. The location, on the water, was as anticipated, and the location between all golf courses we played was exceptional. Beach access was a breeze, once you understand that Barefoot Beach is available and not behind an impregnable gate system.AI/virtual property management communications software was disappointing. Once you are connected with in area property Managment, all then worked as expected and needed.
