We were given the wrong code to check in. We had to make 3 different calls to get the lock box key. The pool was dirty at Che k in. I communicated with management company and was told that the pool is only cleaned on Mondays. We checked in on a Friday. The tables and chairs in the kitchen were rickety and 2 chairs were cracked on the seats. The yellow living room chairs were stained and dirty. One couldn’t sit by the pool because of terrible mosquitoes. The mosquito light was too far from the sitting area. The extra pillows in the main bedroom were stained. Overall the house needs a lot of maintenance. We paid a lot for the stay and haves used VRBO rentals. This was the most disappointing stay we’ve had with them.
