The place is good enough for the price. Be aware that you need to bring toilet paper, dish soap and other cleaning supplies. The reviews from June 25 are still accurateThe building seems to have a lot of rules, still a mix of residential and rentalLots of communication from the rental company but would rather trade that for toilet paper and soap

Thank you for the honest feedback. We appreciate you flagging the supplies issue, and we hear you that starter essentials like toilet paper and dish soap matter more than extra check-in messages. Our standard is to provide initial supplies, and guests typically replenish as needed during their stay, but we understand that expectation wasn't quite met on this visit. We'll share this with the team so they can review our stock levels for future arrivals. The building does operate under HOA rules that govern both residential and rental units, which is outside our control, but it's helpful to know that felt like a mixed experience.
