Perfectly located in North Ocean City within a short stroll of the sand, this condo is a wonderful home base for beach-goers, surfers, and those looking to enjoy the area's famous attractions. Step inside to find such conveniences as central air, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and your very own balcony with views of the ocean. Here on the north side of Ocean City, you can spend your days lounging on the sand, tax-free shopping across the Delaware state line, admiring the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and enjoying the countless mini-golf courses, beachy eateries, and other attractions that line Coastal Highway - all with a community swimming pool to welcome you back home. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Anniversary Weekend

Very nice place. Only a couple of issues and one of them was taken care of right away. The other was that both TV's in the bedrooms did not work but that should go back on the owners of the condo. Management and Staff that were in charge of renting this out were amazing.
