It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good. It was pretty clean. The couch that folds into a bed needs replaced. My son was all excited because he had never slept on one before but once it was all set up decided it was extremely uncomfortable to even try to sit on the springs were all you felt. So he slept in a bed as planned. Both beds were comfortable. The neighbors upstairs were extremely loud and woke us every morning stomping and arguing then repair people were there pounding for hours as well one day. It sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above us. Unfortunately not sure if we would return to this location based on that but the condo itself seemed to be as described.

Property was nice and comfy. Loved the pool, the place and quiet. I like having the 711 on the corner too the street. The management team were very respectful and met our needs.
