Perfect Location
If you are looking for the perfect location in OCM you found it at the Flying Cloud..you are right on the ocean and can hear the waves while you sleep..you have a 7 Eleven right there to pick up beer,wine, ice etc and several restaurants within walking distance.

Watching the fireworks off the balcony was fantastic.
Traveled with my 2 adult kids, unit was clean and tidy. Beautiful view of the ocean. Location ideal, didn't have to drive much all week. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

My opinion
The view was WONDERFUL.
THE WHOLE PLACE COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER.
Beds could have used a mattress pad under the bottom sheet.

Terrific property! Very clean, well-appointed, having sheets and towels definitely a plus. Right on the water with a perfect view of the beach, listening to the ocean at night, watching the sunrise. The layout is great, the amenities are perfect -though the washer has a lint problem!
It was a great week at my favorite place. I live 1150 miles away from the ocean now, and I come back every chance I get. It's perfect for a couple or a family. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Worse check in ever
Worse check in ever. Took 1-1/2 hours to get checked in. Tried to call in our issues, and did not get any help. Had to go back to the office to get it resolved. After over an hour, finally got in the condo. Keep in mind, this was in close to a temperature of 100 degrees. It was not a pleasant experience

Could not get into the unit until 7:55 Saturday evening. There were no ke
ys in the packet. After contacting the help line we were told that the door had an electronic lock. After rechecking, m to open the lock attached to the railing. Again no keys. After quite a while I finally was able to contact your maintenance chief. After checking he stated the door was listed as having an electronic lock but it was not as yet installed. He finally got someone to bring us one key. I called the next morning for a second key as we had two families in the unit. A gentleman said someone would bring a second key over shortly. This never happened. So we were unable come and go as we needed since we only had a single key. This limited our freedom to enjoy O C since we wasted an entire Sunday waiting for a key that never showed up. Monday morning I called and drove to your office to obtain another key. Our first two days were certainly not as we planned due to these issues. We’ve rented with your company several times and never had any major problems like these. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for our troubles.
