Great view and close enough to hear the waves!

Fantastic location. Great view. You can hear the waves as you drift off to sleep. Condo fixtures and furniture are a little dated, but for the price and location this is a great place for a beach getaway.

The good: condo is easy access to the beach; restaurants, etc. The bad: property management implies there might be a chance for early check in. I know the unit was empty since they offered me a 'discount' to come a day early. I arrived around 1 pm. I asked if I could park in their lot. They said no, despite the lot was more than half empty. I asked if I could early check in (around 3 pm) again they said no, they were 'getting it ready' for my arrival. If you don't want early check in, simply state "No check in prior to 4 pm". I checked in at 4 pm. One of the bathrooms/tubs was dirty. I immediately contacted property management. They said they would have someone clean it. I returned at 6:45 pm and it was still dirty. I had to clean it myself. When I complained they said they'd send someone the next day. That's too late. I needed the tub/shower that evening.To the owners: there was no empty space in kitchen cabinets to put away some things we brought. Stuff inside the cabinets was cluttered, and stuff no one uses. It would be nice if you would provide at least one cabinet shelf for renters to store some food items. Instead we had to leave everything on the counter (which left us no counter space)Plastic chairs on the balcony were cheap and uncomfortable. Spend a few more dollars and get some chairs that are more comfortable.Exterior Hallways (outside others units) filled with wagons, beach chairs, bikes, creating a hazard off elevators.

Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us, and for the feedback, Helene! All of our properties do need to be inspected, and if issues are found, we do have maintenance and/or cleaners come back by to address any problems, but we are sorry we weren't able to get you in early. We do always strive to get guests in once our inspectors give us the ok! We'll be sure to mention the cabinet space and new balcony chairs to the owners, and will work to inform guests not to block any hallways!
