MAIN HOUSE FIRST FLOOR:

Living Room - two livings rooms with seating for your whole group + a queen sleeper sofa (linens provided)

Dining Room - formal dining area for 6, plus a card table with 4 additional chairs

Kitchen - fully stocked kitchen with Keurig machine and 2 barstools for additional seating (child high chair provided)

Media Room - living room with smart TV and arcade game

Laundry - washer and dryer available for guests to use, plus an additional fridge and prep sink

Bedroom 1 - King bed + toddler bed

Bathroom 1 - Private bathroom for bedroom 1 with single vanity and walk-in shower

Bedroom 2 - King bed

Bedroom 3 - Full bed

Bathroom 2 - Shared hallway bathroom with single vanity and bath tub/shower combo


MAIN HOUSE SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed + pullout full sleeper sofa

Bedroom 5 - Two queen beds (accessed through bedroom 4 and has it's own window HVAC unit)

Bedroom 6 - Two twin beds and desk with monitor

Bathroom 3 - Shared hallway bathroom with single vanity and bath tub/shower combo

GUEST HOUSE: Open-concept space with a lofted bedroom. Downstairs features a kitchen (no freezer and no dishwasher), full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower, living room with 2 queen sleeper sofa (linen provided) and smart TV. Upstairs features a queen bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, smart TV (NOTE: This is a lofted bedroom with ladder access)

BACKYARD: Pool, hot tub, infared sauna, Traeger smoker, gas grill, ping pong, badminton, EV charger, amble outdoor lounge and dining seating

- EV charger available for guests to use
- Guests must provide their own pool towels
- No parking on the grass (space for approximately 6 vehicles)

- Traveling with your horses? We have space for guests to pasture up to 2 horses (water and grain buckets not provided)
