This is a quiet neighborhood that I feel safe in. I love how close it is to Tech and tons of shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
I bought this property after reading tons of horror stories of crappy rental owners who cancel on families last minute. With 2 kids at Tech, I needed a place to stay while in town and wanted to provide a place where other parents and guests could stay without worrying if the host would cancel on them.
