Die Wohnung in Carolinensiel ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage gegenüber dem Nettomarkt und nich weit vom historischen Hafen ist sehr gut. Die Abwicklung über BPS ist gut organisiert und es erfolgen unverzügliche Reaktionen. Carolinensiel in der Weihnachtszeit und über Silvester ist sehr schön (Weihnachtsdeko, Wintermarkt und Lasershow zu Silvester).
