Welcome to this adorable, ranch-style, single-family home in Dodds Addition South Rehoboth Beach! Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
