This immaculate, sun-filled second-floor condo in the popular beach community of Grande at Canal Pointe is just the place for your next vacation. The open floor plan of the condo, cooped with the overall light and airy feel makes it ideal for that summer vacation at the beach. Enjoy lounging in the comfort of the living room after a full day in the sun. Click on the TV for movie nights. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make delicious meals. Be sure to take advantage of a variety of community amenities as well. RESORT AMENITIES -Pickleball and Clubhouse -Pool -Tennis court Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. There is an elevator and stairs for easy access to this 2nd floor condo. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and has everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner after stopping at the Fresh Market or Aldi’s within a mile of the condo.

Condo was clean and just the right size for our family. The surrounding properties were all beautiful and immaculately kept along with the pool area. Grande allows you to enjoy a quiet atmosphere with little traffic while being just minutes from the beach and all the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and exemplary condo

Condo was outstanding -- comfortable, clean and owners did a great job in providing everything needed for an outstanding vacation. Condo was fully equipped and even had everything needed for your beach experience -- chairs, umbrellas and more. Highly recommend. Communications with management of the condo left a lot to be desired -- no less it didn't detract from our vacation and this wonderful condo.

Great place to stay - bikable and drivable to Center of Rehoboth

The condo is located about 1.5 miles from the center of Rehoboth - an easy bike ride or an easy drive. Also, the bike trail was very convenient as well as easy access to Coastal Hwy. We had three adult children with us and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out. There is a nice little deck with a few chairs. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked most nights. We appreciated that the condo had laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap , garbage bags - all the kind of stuff that you need but you don't necessarily want to pack. We would stay again.

Super Clean! Super close to bike trail!

I booked mid March for an early August stay. The property appeared to have changed rental companies 3 times during those 4 months so that I was offered 3 different sets of insurance, forced to read the legalize of 3 different renters agreements and make my payments to multiple companies- each with their own set of fees. The check in and check out times changed with each company. From the minute I booked with VRBO I could never go to that site for any property details. It felt a little like a “bait and switch “ situation. It was frustrating. In the end, it all worked out, but it was not a typical easy, user-friendly VRBO booking. Why even allow a property to be listed on VRBO if you are not able to allow access to property details? State that right up front upon booking that guest will no longer be able to use VRBO site for any trip details.
